Jordbærpikene has welcomed guests since 2019. Since founding Lofoten Food Journeys in 2026, I've been proud to make this cozy café the heart of our experiences. Located on the second floor of Lofotensenteret in Leknes, it is where every journey begins. Whether setting out on The Discovery, arriving with The First/Last-Taste, or settling in for THE TASTING, our kitchen crafts the flavors that tell this land's story. Led by our team of over 20, every Arctic Bites dish is prepared fresh, in-house, with care and craft. From our legendary chocolate cake—the café's most beloved indulgence—to the custom plates created exclusively for our journeys, the kitchen honors Lofoten's finest ingredients in every bite. More than a venue, Jordbærpikene is our partner in the truest sense—sharing our commitment to quality, hospitality, and the story of Arctic food.
